Park Holidays UK Ltd. seeks a Maintenance Operative for Seaview Holiday Park, Whitstable. You’ll perform repairs, routine maintenance, and gardening to keep park facilities safe, clean, and inviting for guests and staff.

Responsibilities include plumbing, carpentry, electrical tasks, and general DIY, with attention to health and safety regulations. Flexible weekends/holidays work required; DBS check will be completed for the role. Seasonal, part-time position offering 24 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in general maintenance and basic trades.
• Practical skills in DIY and use of hand tools.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations.

Responsabilités

• Carry out repairs and maintenance across the park, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical work and general DIY tasks.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to identify issues and ensure safe operation.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff and resolve issues.
• Maintain records of maintenance work in compliance with policies.
• Ensure work complies with health and safety regulations.
