Haulfryn Ltd. is seeking a welcoming Leisure Receptionist for Finlake Holiday Park. You will greet guests, handle bookings, and ensure smooth front desk operations in a busy leisure complex.

Based at Finlake Park, you will check guests in, sign up leisure members, and coordinate swim school activities alongside the leisure team, delivering a warm, five-star service throughout guests' stays.

Qualifications

• Front desk or receptionist experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work in a busy environment with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest queries with professionalism and a friendly attitude
• Make bookings and reservations using the in-house system
• Check in customers on arrival, delivering a 5-star service
• Sign up new leisure members and explain membership benefits
• Assist in coordinating the Swim School Programme alongside the leisure team
