Lainston House, part of the Exclusive Collection, Hampshire, is seeking a passionate Kitchen Gardener to grow produce for our award‑winning kitchens. You will contribute to our farm‑to‑fork philosophy, supply fresh seasonal produce, and work closely with the Grounds & Gardens and culinary teams.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for growing edible crops and maintaining high garden standards.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate, maintain and harvest seasonal fruit, vegetables, herbs and edible flowers.
• Carry out planting, pruning, weeding, mulching and soil preparation.
• Monitor crop health and address pests and diseases using sustainable methods.
• Maintain glasshouses, raised beds, polytunnels and growing areas.
