Job summary

Boots Group is seeking a Seasonal Customer Advisor to support busy stores during the Christmas period. You’ll greet customers, help them find gifts and offers, and process purchases at tills or self-checkouts while keeping the shop stocked and inviting. This temporary role requires energy, resilience, and a friendly, proactive approach.

Availability on bank holidays and peak shopping days is essential, with training provided and opportunities for longer-term roles depending on local needs.

• Available to work Bank Holidays including peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas look their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
