Rick Stein Fisheries is seeking a Seasonal Retail Assistant to join during busy periods. You will help prepare and handle fresh fish and seafood to the highest standards and support day-to-day fisheries operations in a hands-on role.

This position requires a positive, reliable attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, chilled environment while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. Training is provided, with opportunities for development within the team.

We’re now looking for a Seasonal Retail Assistantto joinour team during our busy periods. This is a hands-on role where you’ll play akey part in preparing and handling fresh fish and seafood to the higheststandards.

What you’ll be doing

Stein’s Fisheries opened in 2012 selling fresh fish, shellfish and pre-prepared seafood dishes, as well as lobsters, crabs, fishcakes, seafood salads, salmon, prawn and crab sandwiches. Recently a casual seafood bar was introduced to sit alongside our fish counter, where customers can tuck into some of the best seafood from our shores and some of Rick’s favourite wines.
