Job summary

Freemans Event Partners is recruiting a Food & Beverage Supervisor for the Twycross Zoo Winter Lantern Light Trail. The role supports a concession serving sweet treats, focusing on customer service, supervision and stock control at a popular seasonal attraction.

Shifts are 3:30 pm–8:30 pm during November to February. A Level 3 Food Safety & Hygiene certificate is mandatory, with prior supervisory experience in food service or events.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory experience in food service, hospitality, retail or events.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Reliability, punctuality and a positive attitude are expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of a busy sweet treats concession.
• Lead and support a small team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and health and safety standards are maintained.
• Manage stock levels, replenishment and product presentation.
• Oversee cash handling and card payment procedures.
• Ensure the unit is set up, maintained and closed down correctly.
• Act as the main point of contact for operational matters during the shift.
• Maintain a clean, organised and professional working environment.
