Job summary

LaplandUK is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our enchanting event location in Ascot. You will support Front of House staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences and high outlet standards.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years' experience in hospitality and proven leadership skills in a dynamic environment. This role will offer a pay rate of £17.00 per hour, including benefits such as a free hot meal per shift and a shuttle bus service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality or food and beverage industry.
• Experience in supervisory role within fast-paced F&B environment.
• Proven ability to lead and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead Front of House (FOH) staff for customer service.
• Maintain clean and safe environment per health and safety standards.
• Train and coach team members in service and quality standards.
