Job summary

Laplanduk is looking for a Guest Relations Supervisor to manage guest experiences during our magical events in Ascot. This role involves ensuring smooth operations by leading a team of hosts, maintaining safety policies, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sense of initiative, and experience in customer operations. The position offers a pay rate of £17.00 per hour, along with other benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year working as a manager in a customer operations environment.
• Strong working knowledge of best Health and Safety practices.
• Experience coordinating teams within a guest-facing operation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with efficient operation and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate staff schedules for smooth delivery of services.
• Lead daily briefings and communicate important operational information.
