Job summary

Squire's Garden Centres in Rock, England, is seeking a friendly Customer Service Assistant for the Christmas season.

You will work Saturdays and Sundays with additional days, from 21 November to 24 December 2026, providing help to customers and ensuring a welcoming shopping experience.

Job description

Your primary responsibility will be to provide professional support to our customers.

Working closely with the Garden Centre Manager to help the business to succeed.

Seasonal: 21 November 2026 until 24 December 2026

Rota: Every Saturday 07:45-16:30 and Sunday 08:45-16:30

Plus additional days required:

Tuesday 1 December and Monday 7 December 2026

Monday 21, Tuesday 22, Wednesday 23 December 07:45-16:30 and Thursday 24 December hours to be discussed at interview.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone by:

• Ensuring all customers are greeted and offered assistance
• Handling customer queries courteously and efficiently
• Identifying customer needs through interaction, and taking appropriate action
