Job summary

Hemingways Group is seeking Seasonal Customer Security Administrators to support the Christmas workload. The role focuses on fraud checks on physical and e-gift orders, with sharp attention to detail and strong data reporting skills.

You will assist the Consumer Operations Manager with accurate management information and deliver excellent customer and retailer service through effective query resolution. Shifts are pre-agreed, with day/evening and some weekend work available.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in English and Maths at or above grade C/4 or equivalent.
• Previous Administration or Customer Service role.
• Data inputting/reporting.
• Working in a fraud checking environment is desirable.
• Strong computer skills – Microsoft applications and bespoke systems.
• Excellent communications skills – both verbal and written.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills – interpret and present data effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fraudulent security checks on orders to minimise fraud exposure.
• Cancel orders and stop despatch for fraudulent gifts.
• Collate information on fraudulent themes and quarantine orders.
• Investigate and evidence chargebacks for suspected fraud.
• Improve fraud detection systems through research.
• Carry out daily sales/order activities and report revenue.
