Mint Velvet is seeking a seasonal Customer Care Advisor for a fixed-term contract from September 2026 to February 2027 in High Wycombe. The role involves multi-channel customer support (phone, email, live chat, social media) with a focus on delivering a bespoke, high-quality service.

You will work until 8pm on some evenings and on Saturdays/bank holidays during peak trading. Remote or hybrid working options are available, supporting a fast-paced Christmas period.

Qualifications

• 1 year of proven experience in a similar role (live chat, phone, email).
• Genuine passion for customer care.
• Confident telephone manner with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide bespoke, personal service to every customer.
• Respond to queries within target response times.
• Handle queries across live chat, phone, email and social media.
• Build relationships with customers and use initiative on queries.
• Coordinate with warehouse and couriers to resolve order issues.
• Collaborate with stores and head office teams.
