Job summary

Boots UK is seeking a Seasonal Customer Advisor to join our festive team. You’ll welcome customers, help them find gifts and offers, and ensure a smooth checkout experience with tills and self-checkouts.

You’ll also assist deliveries, stock replenishment and store presentation, moving across departments as needed to keep the store looking its best during the peak season.

This temporary role requires flexibility, energy and a customer-first attitude, with Bank Holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas look their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
