Job summary

Boots is seeking a Seasonal Customer Advisor to help customers find gifts and take advantage of great offers during the festive period. You’ll also assist with deliveries, replenish stock, and keep shelves tidy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

In this fast-paced role you’ll interact with customers on the shop floor, operate tills and self-checkouts, and support your team across different areas of the store. This temporary position may extend based on local needs.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and able to build rapport with shoppers.

• Capable of balancing customer service with stock, fulfilment and shop floor tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them find the right products and offers.
• Assist with purchases at tills and self-checkouts.
