Job summary

Boots is seeking a Seasonal Customer Advisor for the busy festive period in the UK. The role involves greeting customers, guiding them to the right products and offers, and processing purchases at tills or self-checkouts.

You’ll also assist with deliveries, stock replenishment and store presentation, thriving in a fast-paced team environment. The position is temporary with potential for longer-term opportunities depending on local availability, and the hourly rate ranges with location.

Qualifications

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
• Customer-focused and enjoys talking to people to deliver a great experience.
• Team player who supports others and contributes to team success.
• Comfortable balancing customer service with stock, fulfilment and shop floor tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas looking their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
