Job summary

Boots is recruiting for Seasonal Customer Advisors to support busy Christmas periods. You’ll welcome customers, help them find gifts, and deliver friendly, personalised service while assisting with stock, deliveries and tills.

This temp role offers weekly pay and potential for longer-term opportunities based on local availability. Flexibility for Bank Holidays and peak shopping periods is essential, with a team-oriented environment and opportunities to develop in Retail, Pharmacy or Beauty

Qualifications

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
• Customer-focused — enjoys talking to people and helping customers have a great experience.
• Team player — supports others and cares about team success.
• Operations ready — comfortable balancing customer service with stock, fulfilment and shop floor tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas look their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
