Hotel Chocolat is seeking a Seasonal Sales Advisor for the busy Christmas period in Bath. You will engage customers with the world of chocolate, helping them pick perfect gifts and answering questions about allergens, while keeping the store and café areas pristine.

Role includes handling deliveries, replenishment and till transactions. You’ll work as part of a dynamic team, with opportunities to develop in a growing, premium brand known for its Velvetiser and festive ranges.

• You are reliable and flexible to meet store trading and delivery times.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Immerse customers in Hotel Chocolat and seasonal products.
• Help customers find perfect Christmas gifts by asking questions and checking for allergens.
• Assist with deliveries and replenishment as needed.
• Process transactions, refunds and exchanges at the till.
• Maintain high standards in store and café areas to WOW customers.
• Prepare hot and cold drinks, ice creams and snacks if your store has a café and keep area clean.
• Support the store and team to drive success.
