Job description

About you....

We are looking for a hardworking Seasonal Chef de Partie to join our team. Our kitchen can get extremely busy, so previous high-volume experience is preferred. To be suitable for this role, you must:

  • be a team player
  • be able to communicate well with others
  • be professional and reliable
  • be presentable & have awareness of personal hygiene
  • have excellent food & hygiene standards
  • be adaptable and flexible with the demands of the role
  • have excellent time management and organisational skills

Main Duties:

  • Assist the kitchen team in daily food preparation and cooking
  • Serve and prepare food promptly and professionally
  • Maintain a good understanding of menu options
  • Record food and fridge temperatures accurately
  • Inform the Head Chef of food supplies required
  • Ensure equipment is functional and cleaned to high standards
  • Coach and support less experienced chefs
  • Maintain all Health and Safety measures

Skills & Experience Required...

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Proficiency in speaking and understanding English
  • Food hygiene level 2 (preferred)
