Job Description:

A Pastry Chef de Partie is required for a boutique luxury hotel exclusive to residents only – no walk-in or outside bookings are allowed. You will be working on a stunning estate where many of the ingredients are sourced from the estate’s farm.

This role is ideal for a strong Pastry CDP with a fine dining background. This is a relatively new project, offering a great opportunity to develop this new venture.

The venue, located in the South of England, offers live-in accommodation which is a 15-minute drive away. You must have a car to commute. The accommodation is situated in a seaside town with shops, bars, and supermarkets.
