Caol Ila Distillery in Scotland is seeking seasonal guest experience team members to welcome visitors, host tours, and contribute to retail and bar service for the duration of the season.

You will help tell the stories of the distillery, participate in events, and ensure high standards of hygiene and customer care for guests and staff. Ideal for students and those seeking flexible start dates.

This exciting opportunity gives you the chance to be part of a dynamic team, creating a sensational experience for visitors at Caol Ila Distillery.
You will be responsible for bringing to life the stories and craft of the distillery with passion and enthusiasm - giving visitors an immersive and engaging experience at the visitor experience.
This role requires you to provide first class customer service. From warmly greeting visitors, to hosting tours, and working within retail as a product expert, you will also be involved in the preparation and serving of food and drink in the bar and ensuring hygiene standards are maintained throughout the Brand Home.
With events throughout the year, you will be part of the planning and execution, building relationships with customers and working in an incredible industry full of pride and passion.

Key Information and Benefits
Full training will be provided. Part and full-time opportunities available over 7 days and with varied start dates through the season, this role is suitable for everyone, including students (18+ years).
Due to the temporary nature of these opportunities, the successful candidates will be responsible for securing their own accommodation and travel arrangements for the duration of the placement.
