Job summary

L’Occitane en Provence in the United Kingdom seeks a Beauty Host to welcome guests, provide personalised beauty advice, and deliver signature moments such as hand massages. You will develop product knowledge, uphold sustainability values, and support merchandising in a beautiful boutique environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest warmly, provide personalised beauty advice, and deliver signature moments like hand massages and beauty consultations.
• Develop and share expertise in L’Occitane en Provence products, heritage, ingredients and sustainability values.
• Execute visual merchandising, manage stock, and maintain pristine boutique spaces following company standards.
• Meet targets through expert product demonstrations and tailored experiences.
• Master Point Of Sales (POS) and clienteling systems while representing the brand at events.
• Collaborate effectively, build trust through open communication and knowledge sharing.
