L’Occitane en Provence in Sheffield invites you to join us as a Beauty Host, a brand ambassador who crafts memorable guest experiences through personalised beauty advice and signature moments. You’ll bring a sunny personality, a passion for luxury retail, and a genuine care for guests and sustainability.

Develop expertise on our products, heritage and ingredients, and deliver expert demonstrations while maintaining pristine boutique spaces.

Qualifications

• Brand ambassador with a sunny personality and positive attitude.
• Experience or affinity with luxury retail, beauty or guest-centric environments.
• Ability to welcome guests, give personalised beauty advice, and deliver premium experiences.
• Interest in sustainability values and caring for guests.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences with warm welcomes and personalised beauty advice.
• Share expertise on L’Occitane products, heritage, ingredients and sustainability.
• Execute visual merchandising, manage stock, and keep boutique spaces pristine.
• Meet targets through product demonstrations and tailored experiences.
• Master POS and clienteling systems and represent the brand at events.
• Collaborate with colleagues and share knowledge openly.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional guest experience: welcome every guest warmly, provide personalised beauty advice, and deliver signature precious moments like hand massages and beauty consultations.

• Develop and share expertise in L’Occitane en Provence products, heritage, ingredients and sustainability values.

• Execute visual merchandising, manage stock, and maintain pristine boutique spaces following company standards.

• Meet targets through expert product demonstrations and tailored experiences.

• Master Point Of Sales (POS) and clienteling systems while representing the brand at events.

• Collaborate effectively, build trust through open communication and knowledge sharing.
