L’Occitane en Provence is seeking a Beauty Host to deliver personalised beauty experiences in our boutique. You will welcome guests warmly, provide expert advice on products, and craft memorable moments such as hand massages and consultations.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or hospitality is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experience with personalised beauty advice and signature moments.
• Develop expertise on L’Occitane en Provence products, heritage, ingredients and sustainability values.
• Execute visual merchandising, manage stock, and maintain pristine boutique spaces following company standards.
• Meet targets through expert product demonstrations and tailored experiences.
• Master POS and clienteling systems while representing the brand at events.
• Collaborate effectively, build trust through open communication and knowledge sharing.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional guest experience: welcome every guest warmly, provide personalised beauty advice, and deliver signature precious moments like hand massages and beauty consultations.
• Develop and share expertise in L’Occitane en Provence products, heritage, ingredients and sustainability values.
• Execute visual merchandising, manage stock, and maintain pristine boutique spaces following company standards.
• Meet targets through expert product demonstrations and tailored experiences.
• Master Point Of Sales (POS) and clienteling systems while representing the brand at events.
• Collaborate effectively, build trust through open communication and knowledge sharing.
