Job summary

L'Occitane en Provence in London is seeking a Beauty Host to create memorable guest experiences, share our heritage, and act as a brand ambassador in a luxury beauty environment.

You will welcome guests, provide personalised beauty advice, demonstrate products, support stock management, and participate in events while upholding our sustainability commitments and high standards of guest service.

Qualifications

• Guest-focused service mindset and warm, engaging personality.
• Strong communication and active listening with guests.
• Interest or experience in beauty, luxury retail or hospitality environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experience: welcome every guest warmly, provide personalised beauty advice, and deliver signature moments like hand massages and consultations.
• Develop and share expertise in products, heritage, ingredients and sustainability values.
• Execute visual merchandising, manage stock, and maintain pristine boutique spaces.
• Meet targets through product demonstrations and tailored experiences.
• Master POS and clienteling systems while representing the brand at events.
• Collaborate effectively, build trust through open communication and knowledge sharing.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and share expertise in L’Occitane en Provence products, heritage, ingredients and sustainability values.
• Execute visual merchandising, manage stock, and maintain pristine boutique spaces following company standards.
• Meet targets through expert product demonstrations and tailored experiences.
• Master Point Of Sales (POS) and clienteling systems while representing the brand at events.
• Collaborate effectively, build trust through open communication and knowledge sharing.
