Job summary

Reed.co.uk is looking for an SEO Lead to own day-to-day SEO performance and drive sustainable organic growth. You’ll work across Product, Engineering, Content and Marketing, as well as with external SEO and Digital PR partners, to identify opportunities and embed SEO best practice.

You’ll also help shape our approach to AI-powered search and LLM visibility. You’ll monitor performance, manage the SEO roadmap, and champion SEO across product and technology decisions.

Qualifications

• At least four years’ SEO experience with strong technical and on-page expertise.
• Proven track record of improving organic performance on medium or large websites.
• Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering to deliver SEO improvements.
• Strong analytical skills with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Experience managing SEO agencies or specialist partners.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and project management abilities.

Responsibilities
