Reed.co.uk in London is seeking an experienced SEO Lead to own day-to-day performance and drive sustainable organic growth for Reed.co.uk. You will lead SEO initiatives across product, content and tech, collaborating with external consultants to deliver measurable results.

The role requires 4-5+ years in SEO, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams while adapting to AI-powered search trends. Eligible to work in the UK and typically based in Holborn office.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of SEO experience with strong technical and on-page SEO background.
• Proven track record of improving organic performance on medium to large sites.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with SEO analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Champion SEO across Reed.co.uk, embedding best practices in product, content and tech decisions.
• Own day-to-day SEO operation, set briefs and priorities, ensure high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with external consultant and internal teams to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps.
• Monitor performance, identify opportunities and risks, and drive improvements.
