Job summary

WR Logistics at London Gateway is seeking an experienced Freight Coordinator to manage deep sea import and export operations from booking through to invoicing and completion. The role is hybrid with a mix of office and remote work once fully trained.

You will liaise with customers and suppliers by phone and email, process bookings, manage import/export shipments, and handle invoicing and file completion while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding, ideally deep sea.
• Good knowledge of import and/or export procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good IT and Microsoft Office skills.
• Confident communication skills.
• A positive, can-do attitude.
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team. CargoWise One experience is desirable but not essential.

£32,000 - £38,000 | London Gateway | Hybrid Working

Are you an experienced Freight Forwarder looking for a new opportunity with a well-established and growing logistics business?

We're looking for a confident and detail-focused Freight Operator to join a friendly team at London Gateway, managing deep sea import and export operations from booking through to invoicing and completion.

The role
