Job summary

Qualifications

• No previous sales experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business conversations through outbound prospecting, including high-volume cold calling.
• Learn to communicate with business leaders across startups to global companies.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand clients' goals and challenges.
• Stay organized and manage outreach activity in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Collaborate with teammates, managers, and clients to share insights and celebrate progress.
• Represent EngageTech professionally as an initial contact with prospective customers.
