Job summary

EngageTech is seeking an SDR to spearhead the top of the funnel, driving outbound conversations and learning the ropes in a fast-paced tech environment. You’ll join a three-month training academy and start earning commission from day one, with clear progression paths as you grow.

• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business conversations via outbound prospecting, primarily through high-volume cold calling.
• Learn to communicate with business leaders across startups to global companies.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand goals, challenges and priorities.
• Stay organized and manage outreach in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Collaborate with teammates, managers, and clients to share insights and celebrate progress.
• Represent EngageTech professionally as a key first contact for prospects.
