Responsibilities

• Drive new business conversations through high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling.
• Learn to communicate with business leaders across startups to global companies.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand goals, challenges, and priorities.
• Stay organized and manage outreach activity in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Collaborate with teammates, managers, and clients to share insights and celebrate progress.
• Represent EngageTech professionally as a first contact for prospects.
