BDR Manager – Leeds | £50-60K + OTE + Car Allowance

Are you a proven SaaS sales leader ready to build and scale a high-performing BDR team? We’re hiring a BDR Manager to lead a brand-new team in a fast-growing SaaS business in Leeds.

What you’ll do

• Build and lead an initial team of 5 BDRs (graduates or sales pros), growing to 10
• Own recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching to drive success
• Set team KPIs, manage performance, and optimize sales outreach strategies
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing leadership to refine pipeline growth
