Job summary

ARM is seeking five experienced SDP Test Analysts to join a major digital transformation programme in Reading. The role is a 6-month contract with a hybrid setup, four days onsite per week, and ASAP start.

Candidates must hold Active SC Clearance and have strong testing expertise across manual and automated frameworks. You will review requirements, design test plans, execute tests, and report on quality metrics while collaborating with developers, product owners, and stakeholders in an Agile

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a Test Analyst or QA role within complex enterprise environments.
• Active SC Clearance
• Strong knowledge of software testing principles and the SDLC
• Experience with manual and automated testing frameworks
• Experience with tools such as Selenium, BrowserStack, JMeter, OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, Jira, or Azure DevOps
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery
• Working knowledge of Python, Java, or JavaScript
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Review requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation to ensure test readiness
• Create test plans, scenarios, and test cases
• Execute manual and automated functional and non-functional testing
• Conduct regression, performance, usability, and security testing
• Manage defects through to resolution and support retesting activities
• Produce test reports, dashboards, and progress updates
• Work collaboratively with developers, product owners, and stakeholders
• Support Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives

We are seeking five experienced SDP Test Analysts to join a major digital transformation programme, supporting key service areas including Cloud Hosting, Enterprise Services, End User Services, Identity & Access Management (IDAM), and infrastructure services. This is a 6-month contract role based in a hybrid setup in Reading, with four days onsite per week and an ASAP start. The rate is competitive and the role is inside IR35. We require active SC Clearance.
