Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd seeks five SDP Test Analysts to join a major digital transformation programme in Reading on a hybrid basis (4 days onsite per week). Start ASAP with a competitive rate inside IR35.

You will work across Cloud Hosting, IDAM, and enterprise services, guiding testing activities with the Test Manager. Responsibilities include creating test plans, executing manual and automated tests, reporting progress, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery

Qualifications

3+ years in a Test Analyst or QA role within complex enterprise environments.
Active SC Clearance (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of software testing principles and SDLC.
Experience with manual and automated testing frameworks.
Experience with tools such as Selenium, BrowserStack, JMeter, OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, Jira, or Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

Review requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation to ensure test readiness.
Create test plans, scenarios, and test cases.
Execute manual and automated functional and non-functional testing.
Conduct regression, performance, usability, and security testing.
Manage defects through to resolution and support retesting activities.
Produce test reports, dashboards, and progress updates.
Work collaboratively with developers, product owners, and stakeholders.
Support Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.
