Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers Limited in Reading is seeking a Tester Analyst to support a large-scale digital transformation programme. You will take ownership of testing activities across the SDP value streams and work with Test Managers, Product Owners, developers and stakeholders to ensure products meet business, technical and security requirements.

Seeking experience in manual and automated testing with Selenium, BrowserStack, and performance/security testing.

Qualifications

• Experience in testing within complex enterprise environments.
• Mandatory security clearance and experience handling restricted information.
• Strong background in IT, digital, technology, or software delivery environments.
• Proven experience in both manual and automated testing.
• Hands-on with Selenium and BrowserStack for test automation.
• Experience with performance, load, and security testing (JMeter, OWASP ZAP/Burp).
• Understanding of CI/CD and SDLC with automated delivery pipelines.
• Experience with Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience using Jira and Azure DevOps for test management.
• Strong communication and governance capabilities.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI usage for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and review requirements, HLDs/LLDs, User Stories, and acceptance criteria for testability.
• Develop knowledge of SDP products and provide support where required.
• Design comprehensive test scenarios, cases, and plans.
• Execute manual and automated functional and non-functional testing.
• Conduct usability, performance, load, security, regression testing.
• Develop and maintain testing dashboards and test status reporting.
• Produce test reports at the end of each cycle.
• Identify, document, and manage defects through resolution.
• Participate in defect reviews and technical walkthroughs.
• Coordinate testing activities across multiple streams and teams.
