Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers is seeking five experienced SDP Test Analysts to join a major digital transformation programme in Reading. You will lead testing activities within your assigned domain, ensuring high-quality delivery across cloud hosting, IDAM, and infrastructure services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a Test Analyst or QA role within complex enterprise environments
• Active SC Clearance (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of software testing principles and SDLC
• Experience with manual and automated testing frameworks
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Review requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation to ensure test readiness
• Create test plans, scenarios, and test cases
• Execute manual and automated functional and non-functional testing
• Conduct regression, performance, usability, and security testing
• Manage defects through to resolution and support retesting activities
• Produce test reports, dashboards, and progress updates
• Work collaboratively with developers, product owners, and stakeholders
• Support Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives

Working closely with the Test Manager, you will lead testing activities within your assigned domain, ensuring high-quality delivery across complex enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Review requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation to ensure test readiness.
• Create test plans, scenarios, and test cases.
• Execute manual and automated functional and non-functional testing.
• Conduct regression, performance, usability, and security testing.
