Job summary

Morson Human Resources Limited in Reading seeks a Technical Lead for Secure Digital Platform (SDP) Data and Integration, delivering technical leadership across infrastructure, cloud and security in a hybrid environment.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, govern architecture, drive DevSecOps, and ensure secure, scalable platforms aligned with programme objectives while working 1 day onsite and 4 days remote.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering architecture in MOD/Defence environments.
• Active SC clearance or ability to obtain.
• Experience with Azure, Kubernetes and OpenShift.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across infra, cloud, security, and data platforms.
• Mentor multi-disciplinary teams including data and SecDevOps engineers.
• Ensure secure, scalable, and compliant platforms.
• Oversee governance, standards and architectural decisions.
