Gi Group (United Kingdom) seeks an experienced Scrum Master (Data & Integration) to enable high-performing agile delivery within the Digital Information & Data teams. You will act as a servant leader, coach, and impediment remover across data platforms and integrations in a regulated environment.

Based in Reading with hybrid working, you will facilitate ceremonies, support backlog refinement, manage dependencies and help raise delivery maturity while aligning with MOD/Defence or aerospace

Formación

• Proven experience working as a Scrum Master in agile delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and/or Kanban and agile delivery practices.
• Experience supporting digital and data delivery teams (data platforms, integration, data engineering, etc.)
• Exposure to scaled agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale).
• Certifications such as PSM, CSM, SAFe Scrum Master (or equivalent).

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective) and drive adherence to agile values and principles.
• Support backlog refinement to ensure clarity, prioritisation and alignment to business value.
• Enable effective sprint planning by ensuring scope, dependencies and team capacity are understood.
• Identify and remove delivery impediments, protecting the team from unnecessary disruption.
• Promote continuous improvement through meaningful retrospectives and measurable process enhancements.
• Coach team members and stakeholders on agile ways of working and support agile maturity.
• Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary data and digital teams to deliver iteratively against strategic goals.
• Support risk and dependency management across the delivery lifecycle.
• Proven experience working as a Scrum Master in agile delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and/or Kanban and agile delivery practices.
• Experience supporting digital and data delivery teams (data platforms, integration, data engineering, etc.)
• Exposure to scaled agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale).

GI Group are recruiting for an experienced Scrum Master (Data & Integration) to enable high-performing agile delivery within our client’s Digital Information & Data teams. Acting as a servant leader and agile coach, you’ll help cross-functional teams deliver incremental business value, remove impediments, improve flow and continuously raise delivery maturity—supporting sensitive MOD/aerospace programmes.

• Confident facilitating ceremonies, managing team dynamics and enabling a high-trust environment
• Demonstrable ability to remove impediments, manage risks and drive continuous improvement
• erospace & Defence experience, ideally within MOD, Defence Digital or UK aerospace environments.
• Experience in highly regulated environments (Defence, Finance, etc.)
• Exposure to scaled agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale)
• Certifications such as PSM, CSM, SAFe Scrum Master (or equivalent)
• Technical familiarity with data engineering and digital platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (preferred)
