CBSbutler Holdings Limited trading as CBSbutler is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Data & Integration initiatives in a defence-ready environment. Based in Reading with a hybrid on-site requirement, you will facilitate agile ceremonies and coach cross-functional teams to optimise delivery.

Active SC clearance is essential, with DV clearance desirable. The role is a 6-month rolling contract, paying £65-£70 per hour inside IR35, with 2-3 days on-site per week.

Qualificações

• Experience as Scrum Master in agile delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban practices.
• Experience coaching cross-functional teams and facilitation of agile ceremonies.
• Active SC (Security) clearance is essential; defence/aerospace experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Scrum Master - Data & Integration

Location: Reading (Hybrid - 2-3 days per week on-site)

Rate: £65-£70 per hour, Inside IR35

Clearance: Active SC Clearance essential (DV clearance highly desirable)

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master - Data & Integration to support exciting and strategically important defence and aerospace programmes.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping and enabling high-performing digital, data and integration teams within a major defence environment.

Working as a servant-leader and agile delivery champion, you will help teams maximise delivery performance, overcome challenges and embed a culture of continuous improvement. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure effective agile delivery and the successful delivery of business-critical digital and data capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience working as a Scrum Master within agile delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban and wider agile delivery practices.
• Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and coaching cross-functional teams.
• Background supporting digital, data or integration delivery teams.
• Proven ability to identify and resolve impediments, manage risks and dependencies, and improve delivery performance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Active SC Security Clearance - essential.
• Demonstrable experience within UK Defence, MOD or Aerospace environments.

Desirable

• Active DV clearance.
• Experience working within highly regulated defence or aerospace environments.
• Understanding of data engineering, integration and digital platforms.
• Exposure to scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS or (email address removed).
• Professional Scrum certifications such as PSM, CSM or SAFe Scrum Master.
