Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd in Reading is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support agile delivery across digital and data teams. The role requires candidates to hold a high level of security clearance.

You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams and stakeholders, remove blockers, and promote continuous improvement to ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery within a complex environment. You will collaborate with product owners, manage dependencies, and help scale agile practices

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in agile delivery environments.
Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and agile methodologies.
Experience facilitating ceremonies and managing team dynamics.
Background supporting digital and data delivery teams.
Ability to identify blockers and drive continuous improvement.
Familiarity with SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale.
Professional certification such as PSM, CSM, or SAFe Scrum Master.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
Support backlog refinement, prioritisation and sprint delivery.
Identify and remove obstacles to maintain delivery progress.
Drive continuous improvement and promote agile best practices.
Coach teams and stakeholders on agile ways of working.
Encourage collaboration across digital and data teams.
Manage dependencies, risks and delivery challenges.
