Job summary

Raytheon UK in Gloucester is seeking a permanent Scrum Master to support agile delivery within a national security cyber context. You will facilitate Scrum events, coach teams, and collaborate with Product Owners to prioritise backlogs while maintaining a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong facilitation and coaching skills to guide teams through complex challenges.
• Experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
• Knowledge and application of Agile fundamentals.
• Ability to influence without authority.
• Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM).
• Willingness to learn and share best practices across the business and with customers.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate key Scrum events and regular team health checks.
• Promote and embed Agile principles within the team and organisation.
• Help teams mature in their Agile practices and empower problem solving.
• Support backlog prioritisation with the Product Owner and define product goals.
• Provide coaching to Scrum teams and the wider organisation on Agile practices.
