Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong facilitation and coaching skills to guide teams through complex challenges.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
• Knowledge and application of Agile fundamentals.
• Ability to influence without authority.
• Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM).
• Willingness to learn, collaborate, and share best practices across the business.
• Awareness of latest technology trends and software development models.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and build relationships.
• Passion for continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate key Scrum events and regular team health checks.
