Job summary

Ampa is seeking a Scrum Master for a 12 month fixed-term contract across the Applications & Development portfolio. You will facilitate agile ceremonies, coach teams and support Product Owners to prioritise backlogs, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and standards.

Location is flexible with a blended approach—attending hub spaces 3-4 times per month as project meetings require, and collaborating with stakeholders across the UK.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years’ experience as Scrum Master or agile delivery role on complex technical projects.
Lead and coach high‑performing scrum teams with strong stakeholder engagement.
Experience with backlog refinement, prioritisation and agile ceremonies.

Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies across Applications & Development teams.
Support Product Owners to prioritise and refine backlogs to meet outcomes.
Coach teams to improve agile practices and delivery effectiveness.
Act as liaison between technical teams, Product Owners, Architecture and PMO.
Support change, release and governance processes in the SDLC.
Develop delivery metrics, dashboards and reporting on progress.
