Job summary

A growing IT consultancy in Leeds is seeking an experienced Scrum Master. In this hybrid role, you will lead teams, drive Agile best practices, and ensure successful delivery of projects for leading financial services firms. The ideal candidate is a certified Scrum Master with experience in managing multiple teams. This position offers a flexible salary based on experience and has an immediate start date.

Qualifications

• Experience in Agile coaching preferred.
• Knowledge of DevOps is a plus.
• SAFe or PMI-ACP certifications are desired.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence or similar tools.

Scrum Master

6‑Month FTC

Leeds (Hybrid: 2 Days Onsite)

Salary flexible depending on experience

We are working exclusively with a growing IT consultancy delivering innovative projects to leading UK and global Financial Services and FinTech firms. They’ve partnered with a major UK tech employer in the financial services sector and are building a team to deliver high‑impact initiatives.

We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master who can start immediately or with short notice. You’ll lead multidisciplined teams, drive Agile best practices, and ensure successful delivery in a fast‑paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on Agile principles

What We’re Looking For:
