Job summary

Ampa Group is seeking a Scrum Master to lead agile ceremonies and coach delivery teams within the Applications & Development function. The role supports backlogs, delivery metrics and governance across the end-to-end SDLC.

You will facilitate daily scrums, build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and ensure agile principles are applied effectively, with hybrid working including 3–4 hub visits per month.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile delivery role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies across Applications & Development teams.
• Support Product Owners and delivery leads to prioritise and manage backlogs.
• Coach scrum teams to adopt agile practices and improve delivery.
• Liaise between technical teams, Architecture, Business Change and PMO to ensure clarity of goals and delivery quality.
• Support change, release and governance processes in the SDLC.
