Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support the setup and delivery of our Cloud Marketplace workstream. Your main focus will be to ensure effective implementation of the Scrum framework, facilitating high-quality IT services and solutions through Agile practices, especially during our transition to a hybrid Agile-waterfall environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Organize and facilitate Scrum events such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
2. Foster open communication and collaboration among team members, product owners, and stakeholders.
3. Guide the organization on Agile practices, coaching team members towards self-organization and efficiency.
4. Track progress, identify improvements, and refine processes to enhance team effectiveness.

Desired Qualifications:

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance is highly recommended.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and motivational skills.
• Experience in project management or team leadership is valuable.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and software development.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
