Please note – due to the nature of work, all candidates MUST have UK government Higher Level Clearance (HLC) / enhanced Developed Vetting (eDV) / UK*C clearance that is active and transferable and 10 years unbroken UK residency.

My client is a global IT consultancy. They are seeking a Scrum Master.

This role is suitable for a strong problem solver. You will work closely with the senior management team and Head of Operations to support the delivery of key projects. Responsibilities may include:

1. Collecting and extracting data from internal systems and formatting it in Excel / Power BI.
2. Performing repeatable tasks such as auditing records, facilitating action lists, and supporting the management team.
3. Assisting with the administration of new starters.
4. Supporting business events and other ad hoc tasks.

Experience required:

• At least two years of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team, applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory diligently.
• Strong skills in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and transparency.
• Knowledge of well-documented Scrum patterns and techniques, including various Burndown and Retrospective formats, and handling bugs.
• Familiarity with other Agile approaches such as XP and Kanban.
• Experience with successful Agile techniques.
• Ability to support business processes through tracking and auditing, requiring good skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based systems.
• Proficiency in compiling and formatting data from various systems to create dashboards and reports, especially using Excel functions like pivot tables, charts, and VLOOKUPs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and web-based tools.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting using tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, and Python.
• Understanding of the IT sector and workplace environment.
