We are looking for a Developer to join our Software Team in the UK. The ideal candidate is ambitious, curious, and a strong team player, collaborating with local partners and supporting our global clients in Australia, Canada, Ireland, and the EU. This role offers a chance to be part of a rapidly growing enterprise at its foundational stage, working with a global team of innovators.

Who Are You

You have experience in manufacturing or assembling industrial conveyors, elevating systems, or other automation solutions. You are a curious engineer eager to develop unique client solutions.

  • Certified Scrum Master

The Role

This role is suited for a driven Senior Scrum Master Engineer. Your daily responsibilities include:

  1. Facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective, Backlog Grooming)
  2. Coaching and mentoring the team in Agile practices
  3. Removing impediments and supporting the team
  4. Ensuring Scrum practices are followed and artifacts maintained
  5. Acting as liaison with stakeholders
  6. Promoting Scrum values and culture
Your Skills

You should demonstrate:

Technical Skills:
  • Deep understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies
  • Experience with project management tools like Azure DevOps
  • Facilitation, conflict resolution, and process improvement skills
  • Knowledge of Agile metrics

  • Excellent communication
  • Leadership and coaching abilities
  • Problem-solving and emotional intelligence
  • Patience and empathy
Additional Skills:
