Job Title: Scrum Master – Credit Risk Technology

Location: London

As a Scrum Master, you will operate as a change agent passionate about working with people and squads to help them deliver their best work. Your responsibilities include facilitating key ceremonies, supporting squads, and ensuring the delivery roadmap and product backlog are well maintained and actively used.

You will influence, coach, and enable squads by removing impediments, establishing an effective environment, and protecting from outside distractions.

As part of the continuous improvement chapter, you will promote agile values, principles, and practices, contributing to chapter initiatives.
