Ipswich Hospital | Scrub | Bank | Part time | Includes weekend work
Up to £29 per hour, depending on experience

As a Scrub Practitioner/ Theatre Practitioner (ODP) at our hospital, you'll be focused, detail-oriented, empathetic with great communication skills. You're registered with the appropriate governing body, and you bring the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC or HCPC. With post-registration experience in Scrub roles within a Theatre environment, you're a team player with a passion for exceptional patient care.

As a Scrub Practitioner or Theatre Practitioner (ODP), you will:

  1. Work in a multidisciplinary team covering a varied patient caseload
  2. Use state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and facilities
  3. Supervise, support, and develop junior members of the team
  4. Provide high-quality perioperative care in a multidisciplinary team setting
  5. Create high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence-based
  6. Have ample opportunities for continuous growth and personal development, which can include Surgical First Assist training
