Job summary

Guided Solutions is recruiting a Territory Manager to drive sales of general and laparoscopic surgical instruments across Scotland. You will spend time in NHS and private hospital accounts, deliver hands-on demonstrations in operating theatres, and train surgical teams.

The ideal candidate has surgical devices sales experience, clinical confidence in the theatre, and strong NHS procurement knowledge; a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide complete the profile.

Qualifications

• Surgical device sales experience in general surgery, laparoscopy, or theatre-based environments.
• High comfort in theatre environments, able to converse credibly with consultants and surgeons.
• Knowledge of NHS procurement, tendering and value-based purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to meet sales targets.
• Maintain and grow relationships with NHS and private hospital accounts across Scotland.
• Identify new commercial opportunities and drive capital and consumable sales growth.
• Spend time in operating theatres providing hands-on clinical support, product demonstrations and training.
