Jones Bros Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a regional Health & Safety Manager to lead HSE across multiple projects within the dedicated region. Reporting to the Senior HSE Manager, you will work with Contracts Directors and regional site teams to drive safety standards and improve performance.

The role requires NEBOSH Diploma, IOSH membership, and a willingness to travel, including overnight stays. You will build a regional HSE team, develop management plans, deliver inductions, and provide

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent requirement; working towards next qualification.
• IOSH certification and working towards chartered status.
• Experience managing HSE teams on regional civil engineering projects.
• Willingness to travel across the region and overnight stays as required.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and report writing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee regional HSE standards for clients, workforce and contractors.
• Recruit and establish a regional HSE team.
• Line manage regional HSE advisors and set objectives.
• Develop and maintain HSE management plans (CPP, PMP, RAMS, KPI).
• Deliver site safety inductions and toolbox talks.
• Provide specialist HSE advice for project issues.
• Review projects for risk and share learnings.
• Oversee incident management and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with HSE systems and procedures.
• Collaborate with other regions for consistency.
• Support regional site teams with monitoring.
• Client interface at progress meetings.
